Segovia Restaurant, Moonachie, NJ
Attended a party at Segovia and selected the Skirt Steak for my entree. As you can see it is a massive portion of perfectly seared meat accompanied by crispy potatos, sauteed veg (still firm not mushy), and perfectly seasoned yellow rice. What I didn't capture a picture of was the family style starter platter because everyone was into it as soon as it hit the table. The platter (2 platters per table) consisted of sauteed garlic shrimp, fried calamari, and sliced fried chorizo which were SO delicious they brought tears to my eyes. Of course double espresso and flan for dessert all while the pitchers of sangria were flowing. This place will be a must stop for when I am in the area again!
